The artwork stays on your device. Here is what happens to the information needed to run your account.
Your artwork stays with you.
Glowhite decodes, converts and prepares your images in your browser. The artwork and its filename are not uploaded to our servers. Closing or reloading the page clears the current editing session; keep your source image and downloaded export.
Your account makes exports possible.
When you sign in, we store your email address, account identifier, session information, plan and export usage. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in. Our authentication system may also record session information such as IP address and browser details. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend, and codes expire after ten minutes.
Payments happen through Stripe.
Stripe handles checkout and billing, including its Link checkout services where offered. We store customer and subscription identifiers, payment status and transaction amounts to manage paid access. Glowhite does not store your card details. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to information you enter in checkout.
A few counts help us improve the tool.
We count actions such as image selection, conversion, preset selection, download and visits from a guide to the converter. These product analytics store daily totals with an event name, page path and an allowed event detail. They do not include your artwork, filename or account identifier, and do not use analytics cookies. Hosting and service providers may separately process technical request information to operate and protect the service.
Messages go to our inbox.
The contact form sends your name, email address and message through Resend to our support inbox so we can respond. We use a daily keyed hash of your IP address to limit spam; these rate-limit records expire after 24 hours and are removed on subsequent requests.
The services behind the site.
Glowhite is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend delivers account emails; Stripe provides payments. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Questions or a deletion request?
Send us a message using the email address on your account. We can help with privacy questions and requests to delete account data. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations.
